SO LONG, AND COME BACK SOON! Long time boarder, Lynne Undraitis and her daughters, Kayla and Kayde, along with husband/father Leonard, dogs Moon and Casper and wonderful horse PRIMARY ACCESS (aka “Bounty”), are about to set off on a great adventure. It seems that the traffic and pace of life have taken their toll, and this delightful family has purchased property in Montana, and is building a new home there. On Sunday, June 27th, there was a send-off trail ride and pot luck. A testament to the family's popularity, there were 31 horses on the trail ride, which snaked throughout the canyon, up and down hills and through the creek bed. The delicious pot luck food included hamburgers and hot dogs provided by Angela Murphy and lots of good “stuff” from a variety of other well-wishers. We have enjoyed the Undraitis’ for many years, and will miss them very much. We wish them Godspeed. |

August 17th 2005
Well, the barn progress seems to have slowed down a bit now that Lens
working. We do have the horses situated at Little Creek Ranch
(soon to have a website) they are very happy there.
We now have the inside of the barn to make livable before it gets cold.
Pluming, Electrical, Insulation, Drywall, Flooring, and
Cabinets have taken precedence over the stalls.....for now.
Oh, Ice Charger is ours now...we are a 3 horse family.

Herron Park Ride
We took some time off and trailered the horses
to Heron Park, it's right next to Foys lake about
2 1/2 miles from the barn/house.

September 10th
It was a rainy Saturday, Leonard and Paul are making an Island,
Barbara, David, Kayla, Kayde and I are getting ready to paint.
Actually, I have started painting and will be painting today
September 15th.

September 22nd and 23rd
Now that school has started we ride when we get a chance.
I was riding Ice and thinking Kayla was ready to try him out,
just when I was thinking this Kayla asked to ride him (It wasn't the first time).
The day before I was painting and watching the buffalo out the window.
I took a break and hiked up the hill to get these shots.

October 20th |
Well, we are in the house now, sure feels good to be able to move around. We really like it! I haven't taken any pictures downstairs...it's kinda a mess. We are still bringing things up, our beds are still packed, we are working on getting the insulation finished and more dry wall done. I did get the computers up and running. Sandy your DVD's are on the way!

The horses are all doing great, Bounty lost a lot of weight but seems
to be holding his own now. We're going to keep them at Little Creek Ranch through the winter. Spanky stays out in the pasture with four mares. Ice stays in the paddock.. he gets too fat on the pasture grass. Bounty is in a paddock too and gets all he can eat then goes in the barn at night. We ride at Heron Park quite a bit and get this...we joined a drill team. They normally don't take riders under 13 but once they saw Kayde ride Bounty they made an exception. We practice Sunday afternoons, I don't have any photos yet of practice.
Also, looks like we'll be heading to Del Mar November 3rd through the 8th to film a Hunter Jumper Show at the fair grounds. Laura is gong to film too. I was going to go by myself but once Molly and Nicole got wind of it ............ well Kayla and Kayde are coming too. |
