Dreamhorse and Saddle Up Productions
have teamed up to give sellers the opportunity to show
their horses on video for the internet.

We will edit your tape and create a page of your horse that will play for prospective buyers. Your clip will play in different formats, see our example on our home page left column titled "Pony for Sale"
Give us a week and we will create a page on our site displaying a finished video. When you run your ad with Dreamhorse they will create a link to your video page. We format your sale video in four formats; Windows Media Player, Real One Player, Quicktime and Flash, to play for all viewer capacities.
We are charging an introductory rate of $40.
You can send a check along with your tape or you can pay
from our prices page with PayPal.

How to take good video of your horse for sale
to play on the internet .

Make sure your horse is clean, clipped and presentable. Think about what you want your horse to be presented as; Trail, Western, English, Pleasure, Equitation, Hunter, Jumper, Barrel Racer, Dressage etc… Write down what you want to include in your video before you start filming. Remember, the maximum you want your video to play on the internet is 1 minute. You will be surprised how much information you can fit in 1 minute.

USE A TRIPOD even if you have to borrow one. Try not to zoom while shooting but also try to get the least amount of sky and ground in the shot. The best video I have taken is by standing in the middle of the arena, setting the horse up to circle around me at the same distance. With my camera on a tripod, I followed the horse "not zooming" while he displayed a walk jog and canter. The less edits the more it proves the horse is behaving.

Once you have the video write down the parts you would like to include. We will then edit it down to play on the internet with music.
